Clinic Returns Policy

All returns are subject to management discretion.

Certain products may be returned for store credit.  Proof of purchase is always required.

Prescription Diet, Royal Canin, and Purina Veterinary Diet food items can be returned within 1 month of purchasing for a store credit.  Product must be in original packaging.

Retail items can be returned within 5 business days of receipt at the clinic for a store credit.  Products that are returned later than this are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Retail products must be in the original packaging, and not show any signs of wear.
